The Pastificio Giulia is a family-run laboratory of fresh, dry pasta and stuffed products, based in Sersale, a small town in the province of Catanzaro located within the Sila Piccola National Park and in the VALLI NATURAL RESERVE CUPE. Despite our choice to create genuine and natural products, we have a mechanized production line available to guarantee important supplies, always keeping the guarantee of giving a product that reflects the above qualities always in first place.
Hence our constant search for natural ingredients such as semolina, which we use for our pasta
