Heidi: a new cocktail recipe based on rosé wine

Today's cocktails is a small symphony of fruity aromas, a simple and easy to drink, not very alcoholic, perfect as an aperitif, to whet your appetite and spread joy and abandon without weighing.

We called it Heidi cocktail , because it is delicate, in a nice slender glass, with a sunny and innocent look, just like the small, sweet maiden who lived in the mountains

 But be careful, our dear Heidi has an angelic appearance, but a tough soul, in fact, the recipe for this cocktail includes a rosé wine as a base, a drop of gin , apple juice and cranberry and we end up with a few drops of absinthe. If you want to try a sprig of marjoram, that's a marvel.


  • 5 cl of sparkling wine or rosé champagne
  • 0.5 cl in gin
  • 1 cl of cranberry juice
  • 2 cl of apple juice
  • 2 drops of absinthe
  • 1 sprig of marjoram

Chill a glass with ice.

Open a well-structured rosé and taste it.

Pour two drops of absinthe into the glass and put it together: slide them over the entire surface.

Pour the apple and cranberry juice, add the gin and fill with the rosé.

Put a sprig of marjoram inside and decorate as desired with fresh fruit.
